General conditions
SPEEDMETRICS exchanges goods in accordance with the Consumer Code, following the conditions below: All occurrences involving exchange or return must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

When to decline the product
Opened, broken or damaged packaging, broken, damaged or damaged product or product not in accordance with the order.
If you still accept the product, please contact your service department within 72 hours.
Product choice for exchange?
- The exchange may be made for the same product or a purchase voucher can be purchased.
Return by Post
To post the product follow the instructions:
• pack the product in its original or similar packaging;
• return all accompanying items;
NOTE: We will not accept products shipped in envelopes or packaging that damage the product, so if the products are received in disagreement, the customer will be notified and will receive the return of the item at your shipping address.
Deadline for exchange resolution
SPEEDMETRICS has up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product at its Distribution Center to verify that the request meets the requirements of the Returns and Exchange Policy. If so, it will send another product to the customer.
In the case of products purchased from partner sellers, the period of 30 (thirty) calendar days to make the exchange starts from the receipt of the product.
Refund of Amount Paid SPEEDMETRICS will refund the amounts paid using the same form of payment chosen in the purchasing process.
